Because so much of the work happens off-site, installation is much faster than a traditional brick and mortar build, and the finish can be specified to suit your business, from cladding through to internal fit-out. Fixing method, cladding type, frame profile thickness, and the structural calculations behind the design all affect how long a building will last, so we tailor these to your intended lifespan rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. We also offer maintenance visits afterwards if you want peace of mind that the building is being kept in good condition.
Our buildings are made up of component aluminium parts, which are fully recyclable, so the construction method itself is a sustainable one from the outset. Once you no longer need the building, we can dismantle it and reuse the parts elsewhere rather than sending anything to landfill. On top of that, we can specify LED lighting and solar panels within the structure, and our insulated panels help retain heat internally, cutting down on energy use for heating and cooling.
