Graduation is a momentous occasion for any student. It’s also takes a lot of logistical planning, and many universities are not equipped to have that many people in one room! Our temporary graduation structures take the pressure off your existing facilities, and let us help you create additional space so that you can give your students the send off they deserve.
All you need is a location. Once you’ve established that, we’ll build around it to supply a stunning venue suitable for staging graduation ceremonies.
Our graduation event structures are temporary, but it won’t feel like it on the day. We’ll help you to create a temporary setting that’s as unique as the occasion itself.
Our solutions are available for hire throughout the year, ideal for summer and winter graduation ceremonies and can be extended for as long as you need.
We work with leading UK universities to deliver their graduation space and have been doing so for many years. They choose us time and time again for the consistency of our deliveries from end-product and to end-to-end service.
Where other suppliers may have let you down in the past, we will not. We have been awarded a number of multi-year contracts due to our reliability, helping them to organise their occasions well in advance. This also means our clients receive improved annual rates. Make sure you do not miss out, contact our team today.
A time to celebrate the blood, sweat, tears and fun that goes into university, the graduation is a chance to send your students off in style. We understand that the attendance of so many people on your university grounds can come with its own challenges, but leave the graduation structures to us.
We arrange everything you need to put on a show, including a covered auditorium with staging, lighting, power and tiered seating. Off-stage, we’ll create hospitality space and welfare facilities, making sure your exact needs are catered for.
Your personal project manager will talk you through the shapes, sizes, colours and layouts available and help you choose the perfect design for you and guests. They’ll work with you to ensure every last detail is delivered just as you’d imagined.
We’ll mark the occasion with your desired theme, such as blackout linings for your auditorium, signage such as banner rails and printed gables for your gown hire area, floor coverings such as corded carpets and vinyl floors available in a wide range of colours, or anything else that showcases your event.
Whether you need a big enough space for the ceremony itself or just some holding areas to keep everyone under cover, you’re in safe hands with our first-class service.
We deliver welfare facilities as part of your on-site package. This includes washrooms and catering spaces. Our graduation structures can be fitted out internally to accommodate these areas or alternatively we can supply these as separate facilities.
By building walkways, installing steps and ramps, as well as any back-of-house structures for storage, we make sure your space is accessible on the day and eliminate any safety risk. Visible fencing will also be installed to cordon off areas to the general public.
Our team provides ongoing technical support throughout your event should there be any issues occur on the day.
