In our Events division, our temporary structures are typically on hire for a matter of weeks. Our easy weekly hire pricing is transparent and we’ll invoice you in intervals so that you can secure your booking and spread the cost in the run up to the event.

Our Structure Solutions division offers hire, lease and purchase options. We work with businesses of all sizes, so whether you’re looking for a short hire to facilitate an operational peak, or want our buildings to form part of your long term plans and want to understand the purchase price, we’ll make sure you have all of the options available to you before you commit.

temporary building clock In our Events division, our temporary structures are almost always hired by our clients because they’re only needed for a matter of weeks. but did you know that rental is also the ideal payment option for commercial businesses who need more space too? The great thing about hiring a building from Mar-Key Group, is that it gives you the flexibility extend the hire if you need to, so you only pay for the duration that you really need.  Low upfront costs and the ability to spread cost across a number of years makes building more space possible without large, one-off expenditure. Finance Lease

Like our ‘hire’ arrangement, a finance lease enables you to spread the cost but with the added benefit of owning the asset at the end. It’s an ideal solution for longer term arrangements and is organised via a 3rd party. Please note that finance lease agreements are subject to credit check.

Purchasing is ideal for those who have available capital and see our buildings as part of your long term business plan. We also have maintenance packages available to ensure you keep your asset in great condition.
