Seasoned suppliers

We are very proud of the relationships that we’ve established with leading UK event organisers and feel privileged to supply to such a fantastic portfolio of clients.

We install numerous high-end hospitality structures at venues such as Ascot Racecourse and Goodwood.

These provide luxury dining areas as well as incredible spectator views of the racecourse from the decked viewing areas.

Every year is different, and as such, we work closely with our client to finalise the structure layout and floor plan to achieve their exact needs.

Meaningful change

We welcome significant shift towards sustainability, particularly within the Events sector. As a supplier to some of the UK’s largest events and corporate clients, we understand that is the responsibility of those across the organiser and supplier network to collaborate to create meaningful change. Across the business we:
  • Reuse more than 80% of our site timber into packing materials
  • Recycle steel and insulated materials used to clad our buildings
  • Continue to increase our carbon offset for plant hire
  • Use electric plant hire where logistically possible

Our approved supplier network is required to demonstrate their sustainability initiatives, and these are reviewed on a regular basis.

Temporary Hospitality Structures FAQs

Can the internal layout be designed around our catering and service requirements?

Yes, and this is usually one of the first conversations we have. The flow of a hospitality space, where guests arrive, how they move through the building, where the bars and service counters sit, where staff need access. All of this shapes the layout from the start. We have worked on everything from informal festival bars to formal seated dining for several hundred covers. Take a look at what we delivered for the Jockey Club at Cheltenham and at the Honourable Artillery Company in London for a sense of the range. Tell us how the space needs to work and we’ll design around it.

What size structures can you provide for hospitality at events?

Our clear-span structures go from compact pavilion-style buildings up to 60 metres wide, with eave heights from 3 metres to 14 metres. We’ve delivered double-deck multi-storey hospitality structures at major racecourses and sailing events. The footprint can be shaped around your site rather than the other way around, and we can link multiple structures if the brief calls for a more complex layout. Take a look at our sporting event structures page and our case studies to see the range in practice.

Do you use your own installation teams or do you subcontract?

We use our own people wherever possible and manage every installation directly. This is something clients regularly mention when they write to us. You can read what they say on our testimonials page. When you book with us, the team that arrives on your site knows the product, knows the brief, and is accountable to us. For very large events where we need additional resource, we manage that carefully and maintain direct oversight throughout.

Can you supply temporary hospitality structures for events outside the UK?

Yes. We have delivered event structures in Australia, Bermuda, and across Europe. Our in-house engineers carry out structural calculations to local standards as well as UK requirements, so the certification holds wherever the event is. Take a look at our America’s Cup World Series case study and our Adelaide500 grandstand canopy for examples. Call us with the details of your event and we will tell you what is involved.

How do you handle adverse weather at events?

Our event structures are engineered for UK weather conditions as standard, with wind load ratings from 17m/s to 35m/s depending on the specification. We carry out structural calculations based on your specific site and its exposure, so coastal and open-field events are designed accordingly. When you hire from us, we provide a weather management plan so you know what to do and who to call if conditions change during the event. If you have a particularly exposed site or an unusually high wind load requirement, speak to us and we will design to your needs.
