Nottingham Forest gym facility
With just four weeks to build, we provided a fully insulated gym and physio facility for the Nottingham Forest FC first team in time for pre-season.
Premier League football club Nottingham Forest needed a new gym and training facility, seeking our help for a temporary structure to accommodate this.

The Nottingham Forest gym facility was built in just weeks and equipped to support their sporting needs.
Time and Flexibility
Within just 4 weeks, the Nottingham Forest FC gym had been built, and after an additional 2 weeks, the full fit out had been complete and it was ready to be used. When Nottingham Forest came to us after we delivered their fan zone cover and asked if it was possible to install a gym on their training grounds, it was a no brainer that this was something we wanted to get involved in.
Originally our client had requested a rectangular shaped building, however once the building had begun, the team at Nottingham Forest FC realised they had more room than anticipated. This was no problem with us and our design team quickly came up with a plan to add a gable onto the end of the building, gaining an extra 50 square meters of space. The client worked closely with the architects to build exactly what they wanted, making sure they were involved throughout the whole process, having regular updates throughout the build too.
Build Features
The finished build features insulated sandwich panels that surround the entire building.
The space is a 17m x 19.5m footprint on a 4m leg.
The inside fit out incorporates all the machinery and tools the club need in order to continue their training.
We are extremely proud to have completed this build in such a short time frame and its safe to say our client is happy too “we’d worked with Mar-Key before at the fan zone in the stadium, so we knew how good the job was going to be”.
