Delivered on time with minimal disruption

The brief was for the building works to be complete by the start of November, so that all year groups could return to face-to-face education following half-term, and we delivered.

In conjunction with Star Live we designed and built this turn-key project on schedule and with minimal disruption to the school.

Our delivery included installation of a 20m x 20m insulated semi-permanent building, which in its current configuration consists of four fully-fitted classrooms, each equipped with power and data points.

The structure is secure and with insulated wall panels can be easily heated through the winter months, as well as being reinforced with a thermo-roof and gable.

Flexible configuration

We included internal and external lighting, as well as fire and security alarms so that when the building was handed to our client, it was ready to be occupied.

Tables and chairs, cassette block flooring with plywood overlay, glazed windows and steel doors create a pleasant environment suitable for mid- long term use.

To demonstrate the flexibility of temporary structures, just a month into its hire period, its configuration will switch to fulfill the needs of a sports hall. Our team are on hand to help deliver this transition with the removal of all internal walls and equipment to give a larger internal space that will continue to benefit the school, teachers and students.
