The pinnacle structure on the site was placed in the prime viewing location near Southsea Castle within the Waterfront Fan Zone Area. This was comprised of a 20m x 70m curved roof structure split into numerous individual chalets,  with a premium 6m wide viewing deck to the ground floor, and a VIP elevated wrap around viewing deck to the first floor, specifically designed for America’s Cup dignitaries and guests.
