Requirements

Our client chose us because we manufactured the ideal solution to their overcome their challenges, where other companies fell short.

They were looking for an extension to both sides of their warehouse, as the existing Goods-in and Goods-out area lacked capacity and coverage, meaning that stock could easily be damaged.

These extensions would be required to attach and blend seamlessly with the main building, offering a matching finish.

It was an urgent requirement as the client had a tight deadline. However, we helped our client make this speedy transition.

Design & Delivery

We designed and delivered several structures for our client.

  • A typical loading bay structure with a gable width of 12m and roller shutter door access used for fulfilment of outgoing stock.
  • A 7.5m wide lean-to structure at the opposite pole of the premises, which allowed access to forklift machinery and a convenient space to unload goods.
  • A small structure to be used as a cover for a baler, relocating it from its original position to provide more space.

Feedback

We ensured the entire build was completed to the client’s satisfaction, such as installing a set of stairs at the fire exit to ensure safe passage from the building in case of emergency, in addition to other auxiliary items.

The client commented that we provided a ‘personalised service’ which is invaluable, and that we worked as an extension of their team.

These permanent extensions have helped massively improve their distribution processes and productivity.

If your business is changing or growing, we can deliver a structure/warehouse extension/loading canopy/storage/fire building to help your business through these changes.
