Our retail client in Cheshire approached us as they did not have enough storage space ahead of their busiest period.
Having listened to their requirements, we were then able to design a suitable solution for them.
Span: 12m
Length: 20m
Leg Height: 4m
Build Location: Cheshire
Duration: 1 week
The client had 240m² of space. They wanted to transform this area into a secure unit, capable of protecting pallets and stock from the weather.
Their plans outlined multiple access points, including to plant machinery.
They required a long term solution and therefore chose to purchase our structure.
We offered to build a temporary structure on their existing concrete surface, which would remain in situ for however long it was needed.
We provided additional support with planning and groundworks in the early phases, and continued to work as an extension of their team throughout the project.
We designed, manufactured and installed a 12m x 20m structure for our client, built on a 4m leg.
The structure took three weeks to manufacture and just two weeks to build.
Our fully-insulated structure is fitted with a 5m x 4m electrical operation door and two MOE doors plus push bars.
The client requested a Trapezoidal pattern and Van Dyke Brown colour finish to blend seamlessly with their existing building.
This fully-insulated solution provides cover from external elements, as well as maintaining insulation internally.
Our client is now able to use this space to cover their stock all year round.
