Snow Procedure

Keeping you and your marquee safe in the snow

With more snow set to hit parts of the UK this weekend, make sure you’re aware of the procedure for keeping your structure safe:

  • It is very important that you do not allow snow to build up on the structure, so please ensure that any build up is removed immediately by the use of a brush or rope to pull the snow off. Alternatively you could use the soft end of the brush from inside of the tent to loosen the snow.

  • If the above is not possible, you must heat the structure and maintain the temperature to 12 degrees. This will be adequate to ensure that the snow does not build up.

  • If you feel the structure has been damaged in any way, cease using it immediately and ensure that all public and staff are kept away from the structure.
